KeyReply is now Rezonate

A new name for a company that outgrew its old one.

Most automated systems were built to respond. Rezonate was built to help people move forward.

For more than a decade, we have worked on a harder problem than simply answering questions quickly: helping people get the right answer, in the right channel, with enough clarity and context to know what to do next.

We needed a name that better reflected that work. KeyReply is now Rezonate.

KeyReply described where we started: a keyword in, a reply out. The simple logic of early messaging. It served us well through our first decade in healthcare, but we outgrew the shape of that word.

What began in Singapore as a healthcare chatbot has become an engagement intelligence platform built to help organizations understand context, engage through the right channel, complete the underlying workflow, and learn from the result.

In healthcare, that means helping people schedule appointments, navigate care, and follow through after discharge. The same underlying challenge exists wherever organizations are trying to help people take action in moments that matter.

The new name says what the old one could not. To resonate is to connect in a way that is felt, understood, and remembered. It is the difference between sending a message and making it matter.

That distinction sits at the center of our work. A conversation is not successful simply because an answer was delivered. It is successful when a person understands what to do next and can follow through. That requires more than a scripted response or a point solution built to close a case. It requires context, the right tone, and an understanding of why someone is reaching out, not just what they asked.

That is why Rezonate brings behavioral science, contextual understanding, and workflow orchestration together to create interactions that feel less like a handoff to automation and more like useful help. The platform works across voice, SMS, RCS, WhatsApp, web chat, and other channels. But the channels alone are not the point.

People should be able to start wherever they are most comfortable, receive an answer that makes sense in context, complete what they came to do, and continue without having to repeat themselves.

“The name Rezonate reflects the standard we are building toward. Personalization only matters when you meet people where they are, through the channels they already use, in a way that helps them move forward. In healthcare especially, people rarely act simply because they are told to. The experience has to resonate with them.”
— Peiru Teo, CEO

Healthcare taught us that a successful interaction is not simply one that ends with an answer. It is one that helps a person make sense of what comes next, whether they are rescheduling an appointment, preparing for a procedure, or following through on care.

“The market is full of tools that can answer a question or complete a task. The greater opportunity is to help people reach the outcome they came for, then learn from what worked. Rezonate is built to help organizations manage those moments with more context, more continuity, and more care.”
— Eric Pallay, Chief Growth Officer

Rezonate is bringing that standard to more organizations, across more channels, and into more of the moments where a clear, useful interaction can shape what happens next.
